Write the standard down, hand the work off with a brief that holds, and review on a schedule, so the output still meets your bar without your hands on it.
You are the only person who can tell whether the work is good, so every piece of it comes back to your desk. That is a writing problem, not a hiring problem.
Most delegation advice stops at "delegate more". The reason handoffs fail is narrower than that: the standard lives in your head, the brief leaves out the things you think are obvious, and the first rough draft gets rescued at eleven at night, so nothing about the next one changes.
This course fixes the handoff itself. You write a one-page definition of done for work you hand off repeatedly, sort your work by whether you can recover from it going wrong, and write a brief with the five parts a receiver needs before they start. Then you review on a schedule instead of on arrival, pick the cheapest escalation that closes a gap, and name which work reaches you at all.
You walk away with a definition of done and a one-page brief for one real deliverable, a written sort of your recurring work into three lanes, and a weekly twenty-minute check that keeps the bar where you set it.
Founders: are the bottleneck on work that should have left their desk months ago.
Team leads: keep redoing handed-off work because the brief never matched the standard in their head.
Operators: want to review on a cadence and trust the output instead of watching every task.
