Use Alex Hormozi's four-part value equation to raise what your offer is worth to buyers, then price it, trim it and back it with a guarantee you can keep.
An offer can sell slowly with a good product inside it, because the promise is vague, the proof is thin, the first result is months away and the buyer is handed a pile of homework.
Alex Hormozi set out a way to fix that in his book $100M Offers. His value equation splits what a buyer believes an offer is worth into four parts: the result they want and how sure they are it will work, against how long they wait and what it costs them in effort. It is a practitioner's model built from running and advising service businesses, and this course teaches it as one, with the parts that need care made plain.
You start with the market, because a strong offer to people who cannot pay still sells slowly, and with a price high enough to fund good delivery. Then you work each lever on your own offer, trim it down to the components buyers value, and choose a guarantee and deadlines you can stand behind. Fake urgency and fake scarcity are illegal in the EU and the UK and treated as deceptive in the US, so every tactic here is the honest version.
You walk away with a rebuilt version of the offer that earns you the most, with a sharper promise, measurable proof, a first win in week one, fewer asks, and printed guarantee terms.
Founders: have a product that sells slowly and want to raise what the offer is worth before reaching for a discount.
Coaches and service providers: need to package their expertise into something buyers can picture, believe and finish.
Marketers: want a repeatable way to build offers and guarantees without leaning on pressure tactics.
