Set up invoices clients can pay in one click, deposits and clear terms, reminders that chase for you, and a ten-minute Friday check of who still owes you.
In one afternoon you set up the invoicing system that gets you paid on time: a complete invoice template, a deposit rule, reminders that send themselves, and a ten-minute weekly check.
Most service businesses chase money by hand, when they remember, and feel awkward every time. The invoice goes to someone who cannot pay it, the due date says "Net 30", and the reminder gets put off until the next quiet week. The work was done weeks ago and the money is still somewhere in a client's inbox.
This course moves the chasing into your invoicing tool. You agree terms before the work starts, take a deposit, and put a payment link on every invoice. Your tool sends four reminders on a schedule, in your own words, and you step in only when a client goes quiet. Each Friday, one report shows who owes you and which invoice needs a person to act. The examples use Stripe Invoicing, QuickBooks Online and Xero, and every step works in any invoicing tool.
You walk away with an invoice template, a deposit and terms rule, an automatic reminder schedule with a written escalation path, and a weekly routine you have already run twice.
Freelancers: spend too much time and goodwill chasing invoices and want it to run on its own.
Service business owners: have a few clients who always pay late and no system for the money owed.
Office managers and bookkeepers: send the invoices for a small team and want one setup everyone follows.
